용크쉘은 여러분의 서버 접속 정보와 터미널 내용을 수집하지 않습니다. 호스트 주소, 계정 이름, 비밀번호, 개인키, 화면에 오간 글자는 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자는 이 앱을 위한 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

다만 이 앱은 무료로 제공하기 위해 광고를 싣습니다. 광고를 위해 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob)이 광고 식별자 등을 수집하며, 그 자료는 국외로 이전됩니다. 2항부터 자세히 적었습니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

용크쉘은 아래 목적으로만 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 바뀌면 이 방침을 고치고 따로 알립니다.

⚠ 서버 접속과 터미널 이용 자체는 개인정보 처리 목적에 들어가지 않습니다. 그 자료는 개발자에게 오지 않기 때문입니다(2-1항).

2. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목

2-1. 기기에만 저장되는 것 — 수집하지 않습니다

앱이 만드는 자료는 모두 앱 전용 저장 공간에 있습니다. 다른 앱은 읽을 수 없고, 개발자에게도 전송되지 않습니다.

터미널에 오간 글자는 연결이 살아 있는 동안 메모리에만 있습니다. 파일로 적지 않습니다.
생체 정보(지문·얼굴)는 앱이 다루지 않습니다. 기기의 운영체제가 대조하고 앱은 맞다 또는 아니다라는 결과만 받습니다. 생체 정보는 기기를 떠나지 않습니다.
위치 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 앱은 정밀 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.

2-2. 광고를 통해 수집되는 것

이 앱은 구글 애드몹으로 광고를 싣습니다. 광고 SDK는 개발자를 거치지 않고 구글에 직접 자료를 보냅니다.

안드로이드 13 이상에서는 광고 SDK가 구글의 개인정보 보호 샌드박스 (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS 등)를 함께 씁니다. 이 역시 구글이 처리합니다.

⚠ 앱이 비정상 종료되면 구글 플레이가 진단 정보를 모을 수 있습니다. 이는 플레이의 기능이며, 개발자는 기기나 사용자를 특정할 수 없는 형태로만 봅니다.

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공과 국외 이전

개발자가 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하는 일은 없습니다. 다만 앱에 들어 있는 광고 SDK가 자료를 구글에 직접 보내고, 구글은 그것을 광고 파트너와 공유합니다. 이는 국외 이전에 해당하므로 아래에 고지합니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 기간과 파기

개발자는 보유하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 서버를 두지 않으므로 보유 기간도 없습니다.
기기 안의 자료(2-1항)는 앱을 삭제하면 운영체제가 앱 저장 공간을 통째로 지우면서 함께 사라집니다. 개별 항목은 앱 안에서도 바로 지울 수 있습니다(호스트, 키, 명령 이력, 자주 쓰는 명령). 지우는 즉시 복구할 수 없는 형태가 됩니다.
앱은 allowBackup="false" 로 만들어져 구글 드라이브 자동 백업에도 실리지 않습니다. ⚠ 그래서 지우면 되살릴 수 없습니다. 개발자에게 사본이 없습니다.
문의 메일은 답변을 마친 뒤 1년 안에 지웁니다.
광고 쪽(2-2항) 자료의 보유와 파기는 구글의 방침을 따릅니다. 3항의 링크를 보십시오.

5. 위탁·가명정보 — 해당 없음

개인정보 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다.
가명정보를 만들거나 처리하지 않습니다.
민감정보와 고유식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다. (사상·신념, 건강, 유전·생체 정보, 주민등록번호 등 — 하나도 다루지 않습니다.)
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.(11항)

6. 자동으로 수집하는 장치와 거부하는 방법

이 앱은 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 다만 광고를 위해 안드로이드 광고 ID라는 자동 식별 장치가 쓰이며, 이용자는 이를 직접 끄거나 초기화할 수 있습니다.

7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

개발자는 보유하는 개인정보가 없으므로, 안전성 확보의 초점은 기기 안의 자료를 지키는 것입니다.

암호화 — 비밀번호와 개인키는 안드로이드 키스토어의 AES-GCM 키로 감쌉니다. 그 키는 키스토어를 떠나지 않으므로, 파일을 통째로 복사해도 다른 기기에서는 풀리지 않습니다.
비밀번호를 그대로 적지 않음 — 앱 잠금 비밀번호는 기기마다 다른 무작위 값(소금)을 섞어 PBKDF2 로 12만 번 돌린 값만 저장합니다. 원문은 어디에도 남지 않습니다.
접근 통제 — 앱 전용 저장 공간을 쓰므로 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없습니다. 이용자는 앱 잠금(핀 또는 생체)을 켜서 한 겹 더 잠글 수 있습니다.
전송 구간 암호화 — 서버 접속은 SSH, 광고 통신은 TLS 로 암호화됩니다.
서버가 없음 — 개발자가 자료를 모아 두는 곳이 없으므로, 유출될 보관소 자체가 없습니다.
백업 차단 — allowBackup="false" 로 클라우드 자동 백업에 실리지 않게 했습니다.

8. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 권리가 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인도 그 아동을 대리해 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

10. 권한을 쓰는 이유

11. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 만 14세 미만(대한민국) 또는 만 13세 미만(미국 COPPA 기준) 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 법정대리인께서 확인이 필요하시면 13항으로 알려 주십시오.

12. 미국에 계신 이용자께

미국 주 개인정보보호법(캘리포니아 CCPA/CPRA, 버지니아, 콜로라도, 코네티컷, 텍사스 등)과 관련해 개발자의 위치를 분명히 밝힙니다.

12-1. 적용 여부

개발자는 대한민국에 거주하는 개인이며, 매출·이용자 수가 위 법들이 정한 적용 기준(예: 캘리포니아는 연 매출 약 2,662만 달러, 또는 연간 10만 명 이상의 캘리포니아 소비자)에 이르지 않습니다. 따라서 현재 이 법들의 적용 대상이 아닙니다.
기준을 넘게 되면 이 방침을 고치고 필요한 절차를 갖춘 뒤 알려 드리겠습니다.

12-2. 그럼에도 밝혀 두는 것

개발자는 개인정보를 «판매»하지 않습니다. 돈을 받고 개인정보를 넘기는 일은 없습니다.
다만 맞춤 광고는 미국 여러 주의 법에서 «공유»(cross-context behavioral advertising)로 분류될 수 있습니다. 2-2항의 광고 ID 등이 그 대상입니다. ⇒ 6항의 방법(광고 ID 삭제)이 이 «공유»를 거부하는 수단입니다. 기기 설정에서 하시므로 개발자를 거칠 필요가 없고, 즉시 효력이 있습니다.
민감정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 정밀 위치(반경 1,750피트 이내)를 수집하지 않고, 생체 정보는 기기를 떠나지 않으며, 건강·인종·종교·시민권 정보를 다루지 않습니다. ⇒ 텍사스 법이 소규모 사업자에게도 적용하는 「민감정보 판매 금지」에 걸릴 자료 자체가 없습니다.
개발자가 보유하는 자료가 없으므로, 열람·삭제·정정 요구는 6항과 8항의 방법으로 이용자가 직접 이행하실 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요구는 13항으로 보내 주십시오.
권리를 행사하셨다고 해서 불이익을 드리지 않습니다.

내용이 바뀌면 이 쪽의 시행일을 고쳐 올립니다. 수집 항목이 늘어나는 등 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전부터 이 쪽과 앱 안에서 함께 알립니다.

YonkShell does not collect your server credentials or terminal content. Host addresses, account names, passwords, private keys, and everything that passes through the terminal are stored on your device only and are never sent to the developer. The developer operates no server for this app.

The app does, however, show ads so that it can be offered free of charge. Google AdMob collects advertising identifiers for that purpose, and that data is transferred outside your country. Details from section 2 onward.

1. Purposes of processing

Terminal output exists in memory only while a session is open. It is not written to a file.
Biometric data is never handled by the app. The operating system performs the match and the app receives only a yes-or-no result. Biometric data never leaves the device.
No location permission is requested. The app collects no precise geolocation.

2-2. Collected through advertising

Ads are served by Google AdMob. The ad SDK sends data directly to Google without passing through the developer.

On Android 13 and later the ad SDK also uses Google's Privacy Sandbox APIs (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS and related), likewise processed by Google.

If the app crashes, Google Play may collect diagnostic information. That is a Play feature; the developer sees it only in a form that does not identify a device or a person.

3. Disclosure to third parties and international transfer

The developer discloses no personal data to third parties. However, the ad SDK inside the app sends data directly to Google, which shares it with advertising partners. That is an international transfer, disclosed here.

4. Retention and deletion

The developer retains no personal data. There is no server, so there is no retention period.
Device data (section 2-1) is erased together with the app's storage when you uninstall. Individual items — hosts, keys, command history, snippets — can also be deleted inside the app, and are unrecoverable once deleted.
The app is built with allowBackup="false", so this data is excluded from cloud backup. That also means it cannot be restored — the developer holds no copy.
Enquiry e-mails are deleted within one year of the reply.
Retention and deletion on the advertising side follow Google's policies; see section 3.

5. Not applicable

No processing is outsourced to a processor on the developer's behalf.
No pseudonymised data is created or processed.
No sensitive data and no government identifiers are collected — no health, racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, sexuality, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric identifiers, and no precise geolocation.
No data is knowingly collected from children (section 11).

6. Automatic identifiers and how to refuse them

The app uses no cookies. Advertising does use the Android advertising ID, an automatic identifier that you can reset or switch off yourself.

Delete or reset the advertising ID	On your device, open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose “Delete advertising ID” or “Reset advertising ID”. Deleting it stops personalised advertising (on some devices this lives under Settings → Google → Ads)

Refusing does not break the app — you simply see non-personalised ads.

7. Security measures

Encryption — passwords and private keys are wrapped with an AES-GCM key in the Android Keystore. That key never leaves the Keystore, so copying the files to another device will not unlock them.
Passwords are never stored in the clear — the app lock password is kept only as a PBKDF2 hash (120,000 iterations) with a per-device random salt.
Access control — app-private storage means no other app can read the data, and you can add an app lock (PIN or biometric) on top.
Encryption in transit — server connections use SSH; ad traffic uses TLS.
No server — there is no central store to breach.
Backup disabled — allowBackup="false" keeps the data out of cloud backup.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing at any time. A legal guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of a child.

You may act through an authorised agent, with written authorisation. Because the developer holds no data, the answer to an access request is a confirmation that no data is held.

10. Why each permission is needed

No location, contacts, photos, storage, microphone or camera permissions are requested.

11. Children

This app is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US COPPA) or under 14 (Republic of Korea). If the developer learns that such data has been collected, it is destroyed without delay. Guardians may write to the address in section 13.

12. For users in the United States

12-1. Applicability

The developer is an individual resident in the Republic of Korea whose revenue and user numbers fall below the thresholds that make US state privacy laws applicable (for California, roughly USD 26,625,000 in annual revenue, or the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers a year). These laws therefore do not currently apply.
Should a threshold be crossed, this policy will be updated and the necessary procedures put in place before that happens.

12-2. Stated regardless

The developer does not sell personal information. No personal data is exchanged for money.
However, personalised advertising may count as “sharing” (cross-context behavioural advertising) under several US state laws. The advertising ID in section 2-2 is what that covers. ⇒ The advertising ID controls in section 6 are the means of opting out of that sharing. They work at device level, take effect immediately, and do not require going through the developer.
No sensitive data is collected. No precise geolocation (within 1,750 feet), no biometric identifiers leaving the device, no health, racial, religious or citizenship data. ⇒ There is no data of the kind covered by the sale-of-sensitive-data restriction that Texas applies even to small businesses.
Because the developer holds no data, access, deletion and correction are carried out by you directly using sections 6 and 8. Anything else may be sent to the address in section 13.
You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
